Dubai Community Guide

One benefit and pretty much a necessity of being a real estate agent here in duabi is that you get to know the city and its communities really, really well. With so many new people from all over the world moving here every day I thought it would be handy to do a quick post with a little bit of info on some of Dubais areas. For the sake of keeping it simple i will just focust on the two areas most expats move to when they first arrive; Dubai Marina, Downtown Dubai.

Lets first start with Downtown Dubai.

Best known for being home the the worlds tallest building and the worlds largest Mall Downtown Dubai, is probably the most prestigious address in Dubai. Designed and developed by Dubai’s largest developer Emaar Properties, Downtown Dubai features a mix of residential accommodation, offices, hotels, retail facilities as well as family friendly parks and pathways. Often referred to and “The Centre Of Now’ Downtown Dubai really has something for everyone.

On the other side of town and a little closer to the sea we have Dubai Marina. Hugely popular with tourists and locals alike, Dubai Marina features the worlds largest man made marina surrounded by high rise residential towers and some of Dubai's most exclusive hotels. Located within Dubai Marina is also Marina walk which features over 7km of pedestrian walkways lined with 100’s of food and beverage outlets. The ares also has its own mall, yahct club and offers residents an urban lifestyle right by the water.
